If you want to have any style, then you can use it on some important events. You can go with air drying or towel drying after shampoo to dry your hair.

2. Stay Hydrated:

Internal hydration is very necessary to well-balanced and healthy hair which is coupled with external hydration. Some people use hydrating hair care products and oils but drinking at least 3 liters of water every day keeps your hair healthy. It’s not easy to remember when you have to take water or when you don’t each day. So for this, you can do one thing, take a bottle filled with filtered water or you can take lime water and just have to sip it throughout the day and you can refill if it is necessary.

3. Massage your hair once a week:

Massaging your hair can help to improve blood circulation on the scalp, relax your muscles, boost shine, and nourish the hair. It also helps to restore moisture content, enables hair growth and repairs split ends. You can choose coconut oil, almond oil, olive oil, castor oil for massaging. But never use mineral oil on hair as it can harm your hair.

4. Use onion juice once a week:

You should use onion juice once a week. Onions contain such compounds that may help to enhance dry, damaged hair. Onion’s anti-inflammatory properties may help you with an itchy scalp. You can also combine onion extract with other natural ingredients to solve the problem of your itchy scalp.

8. Don’t sleep with wet hair:

Hair is weaker when they are wet so as you toss and turn, friction will cause the hair to snap more easily than your dry hair. If you are sleeping in an air-conditioned room or you have a winter season then sleeping with wet hair can make you ill or you can have a cold.

9. Use a wide-toothed comb:

When your hair is wet it became fragile and prone to breakage. So you should dry your hair first and then use a wide-toothed comb to brush your hair. This kind of comb is useful to prevent damage to your hair.

10. Trim Your Hair Regularly:

You need to trim your hair every 6-8 weeks to get rid of split ends. When your hair has to face heat styling, pollution, smoking, stress, and so on, they became damaged and because of this split ends occur. Although, Trimming does not important to make the hair grow faster but using trimming you can get rid of split ends. Hair growth depends on the scalp level, but trimming can help to have healthy hair.

Nobody likes to go out with frizzy, dry, and unhealthy hair. Washing hair is just not enough for your hair, for proper grooming and making sure you are using the right hair care products for healthy hair.
